Happy December to you, Bladen County! We may not be walking in a winter wonderland, but at least we aren’t covered by 50 inches of snow like some other locations. Our roads aren’t in need of salt and snowplows, and our restaurants are open for business. Let’s count our blessings where we find them.
There are blessings to be found each month when the Bladen County Health Department publishes the results of the monthly inspections they perform to ensure the public food supply is safe, sanitary and in good condition. This month’s report (and these results) makes me want to go to the concession stands at the local football games. They’ve scored 100% Grade A.
