West Bladen star Sayaun Dent has been added to the East roster for Monday night’s East/West All-Star Game in the Greensboro Coliseum.
“Being selected to play in the East-West game is an unbelievable honor for a very deserving young man,” said West Bladen Coach Travis Pait. “This is the cherry on top of a wonderful high school career for Sayaun.”
Dent led the Knights to an 18-10 record this past season scoring a team-high 17.5 points per game. The 6-3 forward scored in double-figures in 27 of 28 games and racked up 20 or more points in ten games. His season highs were 25 against West Columbus in December and 24 against East Bladen in the Four County Tournament.
The Boys All-Star Game is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. after the Girls East-West Game that taps at 6:30 p.m.
