The inclement weather that is expected for Wednesday morning has caused a change in the opening day schedule for the Woodmen Life Christmas Basketball Tournament at West Bladen.
The First Flight basketball team will not be able to travel on Wednesday morning and will be unable to play their first round game on Wednesday night.
Wednesday’s schedule has been changed to only three games with First Flight and Scotland waiting until Thursday to play their initial games in the tournament. First Flight will play at 4 p.m. Thursday against the West Bladen/Dillon loser, while Scotland will play at 8 p.m. Thursday against the West Bladen/Dillon winner.
Wednesday’s schedule follows:
4 p.m. East Bladen vs. Clinton
6 p.m. Whiteville vs. South Brunswick
8 p.m. West Bladen vs. Dillon
