morando-donald-doSoutheastern Transition and Primary Care Clinic is now Southeastern Family Medicine Residency Clinic and has moved to 730 Oakridge Boulevard in Lumberton.

Providing care at the clinic are Family Medicine Physician Dr. Donald Morando and Nurse Practitioner Jocelyn Mattina as well as Family Medicine Residents Drs. Meredith Beeler, Jeremy Hutson, Courtney Maiden, Noeru Okamura, Carlo Puzzo, Lina Qazi, Sean Rea, Timothy Taylor, Jonathan Baza, Christopher Carroll, Beau Kalmes, John Nguyen, Robert Omogrosso, Ivan Petrich and William Sykes.

Clinic hours remain Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Wednesday and Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Care is provided by Mattina during the extended hours Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

While Mattina treats only adults, Dr. Morando and the resident physicians provide primary care for infants, children and adolescents in addition to adults. The clinic was established on Elm Street in June 2015 for primary care and to guide patients as they transition from hospital care to care in the home or other appropriate settings such as rehabilitation or assisted living.
