40yearsOne hundred and twelve employees and 25 retirees were honored Tuesday, March 10 at Southeastern Health’s (SE Health) annual service awards banquet.

SE Health’s administrators and Employee Services Director Susan Hayes presented service pins during the after-dinner ceremony held in Southeastern Regional Medical Center’s dining room. Those in attendance made dinner selections from a variety of delicious entrees prepared by SE Health’s Food and Nutrition Services staff.

Employee Assistance Program Specialist Jack Crain was the keynote speaker for the evening, sharing his appreciation for the service of those honored during the event.

Employees celebrating a five-year anniversary milestone of 15 or more years were honored at the ceremony.  Former employees who retired during 2014 were also recognized.  More than 2,200 employees work on Southeastern’s main campus and affiliated agencies. (SRMC department follows each employee’s name; employees are residents of Lumberton except where noted.)

Honored for 40 years of service were: Patricia McRae (Physician Services),  Deborah B. Sapp (WoodHaven) of Bladenboro, Terry M. Sawyer (Revenue Cycle) of Bladenboro, and Henry L. Stephens (Patient Care Services) of St. Pauls.

Receiving 35 year pins were: Anna Maria Brown (Telecommunications),  Rhonda L. Carter (Information Technology) of St. Pauls, Lucinda H. Locklear (Employee Services),  and Catherine Smith (Pharmacy) of Shannon.
