Parts of North Carolina are seeing an unprecedented amount of rainfall that is causing extremely dangerous situations. North Carolina has already been granted a Major Disaster Declaration and Public Health Emergency Declaration to streamline recovery and rescue efforts, and I will continue to ensure we have the resources needed to rebuild from Hurricane Florence.
