The Parents of the Senior Class of 2021 are organizing a prom for the East Bladen High School Juniors and Seniors. The theme for the Prom is “Night of a Thousand Lights”. The customary celebration will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021, from 7:00 – 11:00 PM.
The event will be held at the Cape Fear Vineyard and Winery at 195 Vineyard Drive in Elizabethtown.
A liability waiver needs to be signed for all persons attending the prom. For participants under 18 years of age, a parent will need to sign the liability waiver form with you. Any guest of junior and senior high school students will also need to complete a form with the same safety guidelines. Once registration is complete, an email will be sent with the liability form attached. The form will need to be printed, signed and taken to the prom for admission. The liability form should have a parent signature, student signature, and the same if for any guest. Please do not forget to bring this form to prom on June 5, 2021. If the liability form is not signed and presented at the prom, no entry will be allowed.
A Google form is being used for registration for the event; click here to access the document. The last question on the form includes the Venmo QR code for payment.
Any questions can be sent by replying to the email you will be sent after registration is completed for the event. As noted, this event is being sponsored by a group of parents and is NOT affiliated with East Bladen High School.
Once the 150 person capacity has been met, ticket sales will cease. Hor d’oeuvres will be served . A photographer, a DJ, and security will be on site. If you are paying cash, please make arrangements to get payment to the individual listed on the registration form. The deadline for registration and payment is Friday, May 21, 2021. If the money is not paid by the deadline, your spot will not be reserved.
Scan the QR code on the prom announcement to pay for ticket(s). Tickets are $20 per person. Payments for the prom ticket(s) are accepted with Venmo to payee user name: @pamela-Bostic.
