3. A repeat shoplifter in Pennsylvania was recently caught again, reports the Altoona Mirror. The man paid for some items, but had stuffed a $3.49 box of raspberry cookies down his pants. When questioned by police, the man admitted it was a stupid thing to do, the newspaper reported. Hard to argue with that.
