Bladen County District Court held criminal sessions on Thursday and Friday.  Several drug-related cases were continued in both sessions.

On Thursday, Trista Desselle appeared before Judge Ashley Gore and had her case continued to April 5th. She is facing charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Joseph Graham also appeared before Judge Gore. His case was continued until April 5th. He is facing charges of felony fleeing to elude arrest, reckless driving to endanger, and operating a vehicle with no license.

Bethany Ivey appeared before Judge Gore and had her case continued until the April 5th session of District Criminal Court. She is charged with misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule VI Controlled substance.

Daquan Lennon was in Bladen County District Criminal Court on Thursday and had his case continued by Judge Gore. She set his next court appearance as April 5th. He is charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce and possession of an open container of alcohol.

Luis Ronaldo Sechelor-Ramirez appeared before Judge Gore on Thursday. His case was continued until April 5th. He is charged with possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce.

Shabree Shaquile Shorter appeared before Judge Gore on Thursday and had his case continued until April 5th. He is charged with possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce.

On Friday, in the Bladen County District Court criminal session, several drug-related cases were continued until May.

Deshawn Anderson appeared in Bladen County District Court criminal session and had his case continued until May 14th. He is facing charges of felony possession of marijuana, misdemeanor carrying a concealed gun, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Mary Alice Bullock appeared in Bladen County District Court criminal session and had his case continued until May 14th. She is facing charges of possession with the intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling place for a controlled substance, and felony manufacture/sell/deliver/possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park.

Elijah David Coston appeared in Bladen County District Court criminal session and had his case continued until April 18th. He is charged with attempted first degree murder.

Dale Ray Dowless also appeared in Bladen County District Court criminal session and had his case continued until May 13th. He is charged with felony indecent liberties with a child.

David Lee Fowler appeared in Bladen County District Court criminal session and had his case continued until May 3rd. He is charged with possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Jeremiah Hunt appeared in Bladen County District Court criminal session and had his case continued until May 14th. He is facing charges of felony possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, and felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for a controlled substance.

Christopher Johnson appeared in Bladen County District Court criminal session and had his case continued until April 18th. He is facing charges with two felony counts of conspiring to sell/deliver cocaine and one felony count of possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, felony sell of cocaine, and felony deliver of cocaine.

Shane Donavan McMillian appeared in Bladen County District Court criminal session and had his case continued until May 14th. He is facing a charge of one felony count of larceny by employee.

Michael Packer appeared in Bladen County District Court criminal session and had his case continued until May 14th. He is facing charges of felony possession with intent to sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance and felony sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance.

Nashawn Patrick was in Bladen County District Court criminal session and had his case continued until April 18th. He is charged with misdemeanor simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance.

Ralph Sells appeared in Bladen County District Criminal Court on Friday and had his case continued until May 14th. He is facing charges of felony selling cocaine, felony deliver of cocaine, felony possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, felony manufacture of cocaine, conspire to sell/deliver cocaine, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for a controlled substance.

Kenneth Stackhouse appeared in Bladen County District Criminal Court on Friday and had his case continued until April 18th. He is facing charges of three counts of felony discharging a weapon into an occupied property and three counts of attempted first-degree murder.
