The Southeastern Fellowship Golf Association played a best two-net score format tournament at PineCrest Golf Course in Lumberton on Tuesday with 32 members participating.
Next week’s tournament is at Land ‘O Lakes Golf Club in Whiteville. It’s the “end of season” round. A catered meal will be served and member will celebrate the season and have our meal.
SFGA members that have not already signed up to play Tuesday, November 12 at Land ‘O Lakes, contact Rob Conway, L.R. Odham or John Blake by Sunday, November 10 before 6:30 p.m. so an accurate number of players can be known in order to finalize season-ending arrangements.
The winners Tuesday were:
1st Place — 128 — Richard Tiikkala, Stan Matthews, John Blake, Willard Storms
2nd Place — 130 — Jimmy Davis, Billy Malpass, Jeff Smith, Ray Crabtree
3rd Place — 132 — Mac Porter, Wilton Wiggins, Ron Tart, Alick Mansfield
