The Bladen County Smart Start Lending Library is offering activities every Monday and Tuesday in July. Activities begin at 10:30 a.m. at the Bladen County Smart Start Office located at 228 West Broad Street in Elizabethtown. Activities are for ages birth to 5 years old and their care givers.
