East Bladen’s A. J. Smith and West Bladen’s Haley George have been named to the All-Three Rivers Conference cross-country teams.
Smith, a sophmore, won the boys cross country meet at Red Springs and finished fourth in a regular season meet at Whiteville. Smith placed fourth in the TRC championship meet at Whiteville and competed in the Class 2A MidEast Regionals.
George, a freshman, finished second in the girls regular season meet at Whiteville then turned in a third-place finish in the TRC championship meet.
