Bladen County Schools start back for the new school year next Monday, August 28th, 2017. Local businesses and organizations are helping the students prepare with donations.

Specialty Product Technologies in Elizabethtown donated school supplies this week to the Bladen County Board of Education. Paper, pencils, tissues, binders, lunch boxes and more were just some of the items the local company donated.

Excitement is beginning to mount as the days inch closer to a the new academic year. Open houses for schools are being held through out the county all week long.
