Stephen Hester Speaks to Bladenboro Rotary

Stephen Hester, Bladen County Supervisor and Chief of the Clarkton Volunteer Fire Department, spoke at the Bladenboro Rotary meeting on November 28th. Mr. Hester talked to the group about practicing safety during the holiday season.
