The Bladen County Division on Aging and Senior Center is planning a Summer Jam for Seniors 60 and older. The event is a 60s/70s themed party and Albert Leach will serve as photographer for the event. There will be a nominal fee for photos. Summer Jam will take place at Lu Mil Vineyard on Thursday, August 10, from 12:30 p.m. until 3 p.m.
DJ Joseph Everett will play a selection of Motown hits for you to dance the afternoon away. Light refreshments will also be served.
All Nutrition sites will be open and serve lunch as usual and BARTS will provide transportation to and from the event for current clients.
