Elizabethtown, NC – Lower Cape Fear Hospice is offering 90-minute “Navigating Grief” workshops in Elizabethtown on the second Tuesday of each month.

Each workshop focuses on a specific aspect of grief and the grieving process. Upcoming topics include: Supporting a Griever on Aug. 13, Grief in the Workplace on Sept. 10, Healthy Coping in Grief on Oct. 8, Hope for the Holidays on Nov. 12, and Hope for the Holidays on Dec. 10.

The workshops are held 3-4:30 p.m. at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice office, 103 E. Dunham Street in Elizabethtown. To register, call 910-515-6689.
