Annually, Eastpointe asks its area communities for feedback on the services offered through its network providers, according to William Sellers a Community Relations Specialist with Eastpointe.
Eastpointe is a managed care organization (MCO) in eastern North Carolina. Eastpointe offers assistance with citizens with substance misuse, mental health issues and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Eastpointe partners with community agencies, licensed independent practitioners and hospitals, to help the uninsured and those on Medicaid.
The survey helps identify where behavioral health, mental health, and intellectual and developmental disablities services are in need or where they need to be enhanced.
Eastpointe is conducting its annual survey to identify service needs and gaps in the communities that we
serve. We need your help in the following ways:
