Three days ago a headline read: “A Teenager Killed Himself After Being Outed as Bisexual”. This year another news report stated:” ‘My 600-lb Life’ star Sean Milliken dies at 29. Milliken’s death marks the third individual from “My 600-lb. Life” to die in the last six months.”

In 2017 Health and Human Services declared a public health emergency to Combat the Opioid Crisis.

These headlines and reports feature the world we live in. These alarming situations are only the tip of the proverbial iceberg sinking our nation.

The political unrest is broadcasted minute by minute. Each side at times hurling accusations, insults and wanting more power. Our government made of, for and by the people has the job of protecting our life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. However, liberty has turned to greed, happiness to a pill bottle and life, well, we are killing ourselves and each other.

Many are reaching out for help but do not know where to turn. It seems our people have lost hope and have forgotten the promises of the One who gave us this land flowing with milk and honey. The rainbow offered in the clouds as a token with a promise from our Creator has been sabotaged.

Take the Bow Back has been organized to remind those who have lost hope, happiness and will; there is joy, peace and purpose! We are dedicated to bringing hope found in the Lord’s promises. Promises like the one found in 2 Chronicles 7:14, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

Take the Bow Back will assist people with physical, emotional, spiritual, and/or mental health issues by providing a judge-free institution connecting citizens with needed services. The services our company may link clients to include, but are not limited to: home health, physical therapy, substance abuse treatment, counseling, a local church, a local food bank.

Take Back the Bow will continue to fight to end the stigma so many face due to their physical, emotional, spiritual, and/or mental health conditions.

If you or someone you know needs assistance with physical, emotional, spiritual and/or mental health services, please call 910-879-1029 for more information. Help spread the word and Take the Bow Back.
