On Wednesday, March 10, 2021, the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office announced that the Criminal Investigation Division is seeking public assistance.

Law enforcement is searching for Jonathon W. Hester, 27, of Tar Heel, NC. Hester is wanted in relation to multiple larcenies throughout Robeson County.

Hester is charged with fifteen (15) counts of felony larceny, eighteen (18) counts of felony conspiracy, one (1) count of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, three (3) counts of larceny after breaking and entering, and two (2) counts of felony breaking and entering.

On Tuesday, March 9, 2021, William A. Inman, 27, of St. Pauls, NC, was arrested in Bladen County concerning one of the robberies. Inman is charged with one (1) count of breaking and entering, one (1) count of larceny after breaking and entering, one (1) count of felony larceny, one (1) count of receiving stolen goods, and one (1) count of obtaining property by false pretense. Inman is being held in Bladen County Detention Center with a $75,000 secured bond.
