If you enjoy playing games such as Black Jack, Roulette or Craps, then come out to the third annual Casino Night and take your seat at the table. The Casino Night is planned for Saturday, February 9, 2019, at Cape Fear Vineyard and Winery and tickets cost $50 each.

Chuck Heustess said Bladen’s Bloomin’ Agri-Industrial and the Committee of 100 have teamed up to host the fundraiser called “Casino Night.” Doors will open to the public at 7 p.m. and games will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at Cape Fear Vineyard or from the Bladen County Economic Development Office. Heustess said all proceeds go to the Committee of 100.

Heustess said there will be black jack tables, Roulette games, and a craps table. The way the event works is you will exchange your tickets for poker chips that are used to play the games. At 10:30 p.m. the games will close and you will exchange the poker chips you have earned playing the games for raffle tickets for prizes from local merchants.

He said the Committee of 100 is a grassroots economic development group in Bladen County.

“We raise money for everything from shell buildings to incubator space to funding the expansion of the STEM Building at Bladen Community College,” said Heustess.

He said in addition to having fun playing the games, there will be opportunities to learn about the Committee of 100 and economic development in Bladen County.

This is an opportunity for Bladen County residents to come out and show their support for economic development in the county. For more information about Casino Night, you can call 910-645-2292.
