Yesterday’s good news related to Lyana B. Ross being back with her family in Bladenboro…She was added to the state’s Amber Alert list earlier in the week…No further info was released…Today is July 1…It marks the beginning of the second half of the year 2015….
New laws go into effect today for operators of mopeds….Operators must register with the state… No drivers license is required for the vehicles… Another law is headed to the Governor’s desk related to insurance for moped operators….
