Live Oak UMC Church, near White Oak was damaged by the storm, mold remains and the cost of removal is expensive. A BBQ plate sale is planned for Saturday, April 8, from 11 AM ’til 6 PM at Elizabethtown Middle School Cafeteria. A minimum donation of $7 is requested, more is better.
A visit to the Master’s Golf Tournament is on my ‘wish’ list. Must be one of the most beautiful places in the world with colorful azaleas and a beautifully manicured golf course. Tickets to attend the tournament are next to impossible to secure.
Sometimes I ride through a part of the county or state and wonder why anyone would want to live there…then I think, wonder what they think of the part of the world I live in….probably have same thoughts. We are all different, and that is good.
Ever complain and friends begin to tell you how to solve your concerns. I know what I need to do, just want to complain. Give advice only when ask for, and then, sparingly.
