Was hopeful Xavier Wooten could reached 2,000 rushing for the season, but it was not to be, I guess. No lack of effort on his part or the part of the team, or the coaching staff. Memories for a lifetime…..All before an appreciative group of supporters.

Lacey Suggs, former EB Eagle, had another huge night for the UNCW ladies basketball team. Lady Seahawks 74, Catawba Indians 59. Salisbury Post newspaper reported ‘Lacey Suggs came off the bench to score 20 for the Seahawks’. There next game is tomorrow at Furman, 2 PM.
