UNC meets Texas A&M 5:15 PM today (Sunday)
Clemson vs Auburn 7:10 PM today (Sunday)
Duke vs winner of Michigan State-Syracuse game (next Friday)
Who have I missed?
Many basketball coaches have a clause in their contract that guarantees a bonus for reaching various levels of NCAA tournament action. Don’t know about the Virginia coach, but despite the disappointing game earlier this week…think he has earned ‘his keep’ for the year.
East Bladen Eagles Booster Club held their annual fund-raiser Saturday evening. A huge success, about 215 tickets sold and that is no easy task.
I forget about St. Patrick’s Day…not a shred of green in my closet except summer wear. I know, it was a beautiful day.
Bladen County Commissioners meet Monday, 6:30 PM in their meeting room in the courthouse.
And, speaking about local government, budget time again. New budget must be adopted prior to July 1, 2018.
