He scattered 4 hits and gave up 2 walks. Gore is 1-2 with a 4.15 ERA, striking out 32 batters in 26 innings and holding opponents to a .262 batting average.
“The win was Ft. Wayne’s 3rd in a row and 10th of 12 moving the Tincaps (10-4, 42-41) over .500 for the first time this season”, according to The San Diego Union-Tribune.
Gore, the San Diego Padres 1st round pick in the 2017 MLB draft, signed a multi-million dollar contract last year.
