Thoughts While ShavingAbout three weeks ’til Christmas.

A bad day on the Stock Market yesterday…

Today, former President George H.W. Bush will be laid to rest in Texas.

Bladen County continues to receive bad press related to the just completed General Election, not the Board of Elections or staff, but ‘vote for pay’ activities by bad actors.  If you want to see how bad it really is, Google Bladen County Elections.  The big story is, the only undecided US House race in the nation (NC House District 9) has not been certified.  Seems every day more is being uncovered about activities involving some ‘shady local characters’ and most of the questionable activities are in Bladen County.

The next Community Information session related to GenX will be held next Tuesday, December 11, at 6 P.M.  It will be hosted by the NC Division of Environmental Quality at Bladen Community College.  All are welcome…

Ever pause and reflect and think about your best Christmas ever, and why it was so?

Once again, we come to the holiday season, a deeply religious time that each of us observes, in his own way, by going to the mall of his choice.  Dave Barry

Dear Santa,

{ } I’ve been good this year

{ } Ok, most of the time

{ } Once in awhile

{ } Never mind,

I’ll get my own gifts.
