Thoughts While Shaving for April 19

Spread the love

Hope you weekend was good!

Our Hester family hopefully had a good time … 6 of us, all in fairly good health, especially when you consider our age, from mid 60s to early 80s, all able to move around and enjoy the company of others … Thankful … Try to do it on an annual basis … not always successful…

Forecast for today is mostly sunny, with a high near 75, windy with gusts as high as 16 mph … Mostly clear tonight with a low in the mid to upper 40s. Cooler later this week with low Wednesday night in the low 40s and high Thursday near 65 … 60% chance of rain Saturday and 50% chance Saturday night. Another good springtime week.

Vineyard golfers are faithful … if you judge the activity by the number of vehicles in the parking lot…

Beautiful weekend at White Lake … Expect a huge crowd for the Water Festival in mid-May.

So … have you had your COVID-19 shots? Frankly, don’t understand why some say ‘no’ … but OK … I am responsible for me … especially my health..

Apparently a serious shortage in available housing in this area and across much of NC and USA … and I am told a strong demand for good used vehicles…

Expect to see more farm equipment on the roadways … planting time.
