The news from Ukraine … not good. Never dreamed we would see such horrific pics coming from any place in the world in 2022. Makes one wonder about the Russian leader … How can anyone be so selfish and cruel?…
Local spring sports underway, or will be soon … including little league. Thank goodness for all who give of their time to make sure the show can go on. Means much to the youngsters … make lasting memories.
Fiber throughout the county is coming … over the next couple of years, hopefully countywide. Millions of dollars are at one stage or another of being funded, product is in short supply … If not one thing, there is another … all holding up the process. I am told total cost for fiber and installation should be near $70 million, just for rural Bladen.
Never say never … I believe it will happen, hopefully sooner than later…
