How cold was it last night … Too cold for old folks to be out moving around … Low temp I saw was low 20s, like 22 … unusually cold for the area … probably some areas even lower…

Sunny today … with a high near 48 and a northeast breeze in the 3 to 6 mph range.

Tonight, a chance of showers, mainly after 3 a.m. Increasing clouds, with a low around 34 and a 40% chance of precipitation.

Tuesday, a chance of rain, mainly before 1 p.m. Mostly cloudy with a high near 49. North wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

Interesting days ahead … locally, state and nation … Talking heads are beginning to talk about the role of outsiders at the national level…

Santa is apparently packing up, preparing to deliver treats to youngsters around the world…
