Thoughts While Shaving for December 26

Hope your Christmas was the best…

Good in this corner. … Good company, good fellowship and great food…

Weather was perfect … saw numerous youngsters with what appeared to be new bikes, and proud parents and friends enjoying themselves…

Very impressed with individuals and groups doing good deeds to help make Christmas better for others…

Now, what about today and balance of the week? Special plans, an extension of time with family and friends??

Time to begin the New Year’s Resolution project. … I have never been big on resolutions. … Seems the more I make, the more I break.

Say a prayer for those who have lost loved ones recently. Some worry and fret about giving and receiving, others forced to deal with the passing of a loved one…

Weather for the next couple of days … very good. Partly sunny today with high near 65. Friday, a 20% chance of showers, temps again in the mid 60s. Saturday, partly sunny with highs near 67. Chance of rain on Sunday and Sunday night in the 60 to 70% range with highs in the upper 60s. Cooler weather arrives early next week. … Long range forecast for New Year’s day, mostly sunny, high mid 50s.

Last weekend for NFL teams attempting to extend their season … college basketball just getting underway … NBA basketball never ends…

My New Year’s resolution is to help my friends gain 10 pounds, so I look skinnier. Fat chance…

My wife still hasn’t told me what my New Year’s resolutions are.

A New Year’s resolution is something that goes on one year and out the other…
