Yesterday’s (Saturday) high temp … nice 66 degrees … Overnight, partly cloudy skies … low in the mid 30s and windy, gusts as high as 15 mph.
Today (Sunday-Church Day), a slight chance of showers after 3 p.m. Partly sunny with a high near 52 … and a 20% chance of precipitation…
Tonight … Partly cloudy with a low around 42…
Checking ahead to early next week … Monday … mostly sunny with a high near 70 … Mostly clear Monday night, low around 48…
No mention of rain thru Saturday…
Today … church day and all welcome visitors…
Bladen County commissioners meet Monday night … same place, same location … 6:30 p.m. in the basement of the courthouse…
Checking rainfall from Friday night … near none … less than 1/10th of an inch…
Normal early monthly meetings, all we know of still go…
So sad, the news of a second aircraft issue, this time in Pennsylvania … 7 dead, 19 injured … just hours after a collision in the DC area … Fatalities included at least one from NC.
Growing older can be depressing … til you think of options…
