Sunday … When I was a youngster, I was very much aware of Sundays … Feed the animals, mama fed us and we went to church … No options, unless sick … and better be sick if you didn’t care for castor oil or some other type medication…
I think about things I heard when I was younger … some I heard from home, some from my early Sunday school teachers and occasionally from the pastor, whoever that may be … ex. … Jesus loves you; take you children to church, don’t just send them; and the golden rule … Do unto others as you would have them do unto you … And, there were others that I remember from time to time … Haven’t always followed as closely as I should … but the seeds were planted in my mind years ago … some sprouted, some probably died on the vine…
