Today appears to be a good day to ‘stay home’, if that is possible…

Near 30 degrees at 5:15 a.m. … NNE wind 8 mph … feels like 22, according to one source.

Today’s forecast … Freezing rain likely, mainly after 3 p.m. Cloudy with a high today near 30. North wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 17 degrees and 60% chance of precipitation.

Tonight (Friday), snow, freezing rain, and sleet, becoming all snow after 11 p.m. Low around 23. North wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 16 mph and 80% chance of precipitation. New snow and sleet accumulation of 1 to 2 inches.

Saturday, mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 36 and northerly wind 6 to 9 mph with gusts as high as 15 mph.

Saturday night, mostly clear, with a low around 18, calm wind.

Sunday, sunny, with a high near 44, low Sunday night around 24 … Monday, sunny with a high near 50.
