Thank goodness, as my mom would say … I am thankful most of the snow is gone … just a memory … Oh, I know … Black ice can be around … is a cause for concern…
First things first … I made my usual weekly trip to the place where I take all the garbage … we no longer need … All was well … They opened at 9 AM Saturday … after closing for a couple of days due to weather…
Speaking of yesterday (Saturday), the high temp locally was near 51 degrees … Overnite, partly cloudy with a low around 25 … Not much snow left…
Today, mostly sunny with a high near 54 … Tonight, a chance of light rain after 1 a.m. Increasing clouds … low temp around 32 … 30% chance of rain.
Monday … hopefully all that was halted due to the weather will return to normal. There is a slight chance of light rain. Mostly cloudy with a high near 50 … Chance of rain is 50% … but no ice … smile…
Monday night … Mostly cloudy with a high near 50 and a 50% chance of rain…
Tuesday … Sunny with a low around 37…
Today is Church Day….and so many opportunities in Bladen County…and all welcome regulars and visitors…
I guess I did not think about the fact that the snow was pretty much in the most eastern part of the state…
Meetings that were postponed due to weather may or may not be rescheduled … Schools will be back in business Monday…
What’s on your agenda for today … after church of course…
Stock market was strong last week … hopefully, the coming week as well…
