Bad news yesterday (Wednesday). My info is a fire destroyed 3 buildings at Southeast Carolina Crossroads, a faith-based rehab center for males addicted to alcohol and/or drugs, or both … The facility has been open 5, maybe 6 years … Hundreds have been helped … Understand damage is extensive … Cash is needed as well as new or slightly used clothing for males … make sure they are clean and in good conditon … (new is best or cash) … Have been there numerous times … (see the article on our news page) … If you have cash or clothing … haven’t asked, but over the years, donations have been dropped off at Bladen Baptist office, 108 Mercer Mill Road, Elizabethtown, NC … near CVS Pharmacy … maybe best to call ahead, 910-862-3496 … Crossroads is located at 1086 Susie Sand Hill Road, Elizabethtown … They do great work for many on a small budget…
