I hope your July 4th was good … We (my bride and I) enjoyed the day at White Lake with some of our best friends … Good to renew old acquantices, saw our great-granddaughter between naps … A great fireworks show and an easy drive home…
New traffic patterns after the fireworks worked well, best I could tell … professionals and volunteers kept traffic moving … An EMS vehicle with lights flashing and siren blasting was handled as it should be … A-plus … and thanks to all…
So much for our visit … How was your day?
New owner/operators at the lake appear to be doing a good job … a few hang-ups, no doubt … all in all … good job working to make a visit to White Lake a fun time…
Back to a more normal routine for many today…
I know there are other attractions in the area … Hope all were well attended and more of the same today…
White Lake Water Slide, a huge attraction … Cars parked in the parking lot, and up and down both sides of NC 53…
