Thoughts While Shaving for June 23

Little doubt that summer has arrived … High temperature yesterday … 92 degrees … and more of the same today. … Today’s forecast … A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 4 p.m. Mostly sunny, with a high near 91. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 17 mph. 30% chance of rain with new rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms…

Near typical June weather. … Actually, average high in June is 85, average low 62 and average rainfall 4.6 inches…

Congratulations to all graduates … welcome to the real world … some off to college, others looking for a job. … A test daily…

Can attend Bladen Community College and work … that was not available a few years ago … ‘tough times’, some were self imposed, all learning experiences.

Looking back … think I would like the same results, just eliminate some of the mostly ‘self-imposed’ tough times.

Think we will ever return to what we have been accustom to as normal???? Hopefully, soon.
