Former Fairmont Golden Tornado William McGirt, PGA pro, still trying to come back after a couple of hip surgeries, made the cut in this weeks event, tied with 15 others at -4. Leader is Xander Schauffele with a 5 stroke lead going into the 3rd round of play at the Travelers tournament in Cromwell, Connecticut. I’m pulling for McGirt to have a good couple of days and take home lots of cash.
