Spread the love

Weather for today should be just about perfect … High temp near 73 with intervals of clouds and sunshine. Tonight, mostly cloudy with a low near 60. Wednesday’s forecast is for high near 77 and a chance of afternoon thunderstorms … Overnite temps for Thursday and Friday near freezing…

Think back to yesteryear … breaking ground with a turn plow, I longed for rain, prayed for rain … that would delay the obvious for another day … Put off ’til tomorrow…

Pollen has turned just about everything green … Typical Bladen County springtime…

Wonder about the long time effect the disruptions in schools due to the pandemic will have on students…

Hopeful the person who done the shooting of a Pennsylvania lady near Lumberton is caught…

“Don’t blame a clown for acting like a clown. Ask yourself why you keep going to the circus.”

“If I stretched a dollar any further, Washington would look like he’s had a facelift.”

“A car’s weakest part is the nut holding the steering wheel.”

“I survived another meeting that should’ve been an email.”
