William McGirt, formerly of Fairmont, continued his good play in the Puerto Rico Open golf tournament, Saturday. The former Golden Tornado is tied for 39th at -5 going into the last day of play. McGirt is hopeful of returning to action after several years of being sidelined with medical issues. Nicolas Echavarria leads play at -17 going into today’s final round.
