Who would have thoughts six months ago, Donald Trump would be the presumptive Republican nominee for president and Bernie Sanders would still be in the democratic race against Hillary Clinton?

I enjoy following folks in the sports arena, examples:
Stephen Curry of the NBA Golden State Warriors (a shooting machine), a young man from North Carolina who has his priorities in order and is the most recent NBA MVP. He is the first unanimous MVP choice, ever.
Another is William McGirt, a PGA golfer originally from Fairmont, NC. Many label him a journeyman golfer, never won a PGA tournament, that I am aware of, finished second a few times. This year he is 42nd on the ‘money earned’ list with $1,259,553.80.
And how about our own, Abbey Walters, UNCP softball player extraordinaire. She continues to reap rewards and another year to go. The former West Bladen Knight, is a talented young lady who is a great representative for UNCP and Bladen County.
