Thoughts While ShavingStudents and teachers are ‘wrapping up’ another school year.  The Board of Education website indicates East Bladen High School graduation will be held Friday, June 10.  West Bladen seniors will graduate Saturday, June 11.

A Bladenboro man is one of several charged with possessing counterfeit items at various locations in Robeson County.  Mark Lee Williams of Elizabethtown Road, Bladenboro reportedly offered counterfeit shoes, handbags, wallets, sunglasses, watches and more at the Lumberton Flea Market, earlier this month.

BladenOnline continues to post good numbers.  Years ago we used a different service reporting actual numbers.  Our numbers for the first 3 weeks in May are greater than in May 2014.  Long time readers will remember we used “hits” for comparisons.  Discovered there are several other more important indicators including Pages Viewed, Visits, Users, Pages/Sessions and Time on Site.  Bottom line, all is well, numbers are good at BladenOnline.   

The landscape is changing, the fields are turning green.  Crops look good.  Farmers are hopeful.

I am an early morning person, love rising early. 

We are expecting another cool day.  High today in the low 70s.  Temps will begin to rise Tuesday (tomorrow) and be in the range of mid 80s to low 90s for the remainder of the week.  Plan accordingly.
