Took another short tour of Bladen yesterday … farmers have their fields in good condition, for the most part … can see corn just peeping out of the soil … It’s springtime, a new beginning, what we hope for in our nation and around the world, some semblance of normal…
A reminder, Bladen County Commissioners meeting normally held the first Monday of each month has been cancelled for this evening…
Weather today should be just about perfect … Sunny, with a high near 85. Southwest wind 7 to 9 mph becoming northeast in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 17 mph. A chance of rain Tuesday and Wednesday … so, let’s enjoy this day.
One more reminder to fill out 2020 census card and return it…
Hopeful the virus begins to subside and we can return to more normal days … still lots of concern by health professionals…
