Dr. Morgan Hester Clark begins her new position as dentist at Dr. Dave Allen’s office today … She, and new husband Will Clark, just returned from honeymoon in South America. Dr. Allen will be retiring after a long successful career. Still may see him in and out for a while … Not sure of schedule…
I had an interesting phone call late yesterday from a former Bladen County educator … He shared a nice story about a former Bladen County student. A long time ago … about 16 years ago a young female student entered Elizabethtown Primary School. Her name was Ting Ting Lin. Recently, Ms. Lin graduated with honors from NC State. She was one of four winners of this year’s CCEE Outstanding Senior Awards. She was winner in the Scholarly Achievement Award … Congratulations. Her family is involved with No. 1 Chinese Restaurant, located in the Clark Bros Shopping Center, in Elizabethtown, next door to Whimsical Florist. They must be a proud family … for good reasons … and they should be … Congratulations to all … And thanks to the one who shared the info with me.
