Lots of folks off for a few days … as we continue to celebrate the Thanksgiving Holiday Season … We celebrated yesterday, a wonderful time with our immediate family … An active, beautiful young lady about 18 months old kept everyone on their toes … A fun time … and the food was delicious…
A reminder, the Lu Mil Festival of Lights season begins this evening, continues through the holiday season … Google Lu Mil Vineyard for the dates and time, cost, etc. I think the time is from 6 to 10 p.m. The cost is $10 per person in your vehicle, children under 5, no charge…
Local businesses are prepared for your holiday shopping season … local restaurants are providing wonderful food, and local merchants have the most wanted holiday gifts … at competitive prices…
Google Elizabethtown, NC Chamber of Commerce for local activities … The Annual Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting is on the agenda for Sunday … and in honor of the 250th Anniversary of Elizabethtown, the theme is “Christmas Past, Present & Future.” The Parade will take place at 4 p.m. Sunday in the downtown district … numerous activities planned and all are invited … Santa will appear at the end of the parade…
We need rain and the forecast includes just that. A 90% chance of rain today with new precipitation amounts between a quarter and half an inch. Mostly clear tonight with a low in the 39 degree range. Sunny Saturday with a high near 64. Checking ahead, an 80% chance of rain Sunday and a high near 74.
Happy Holidays!!!!!!!
