Thoughts While ShavingBilly Graham is celebrating his 98th birthday.  Family members indicate a quiet affair at his home in Montreat, NC.  Can’t think of a more respected human being.

Four County EMC holds their Annual Meeting beginning at 5 p.m. today in Kenansville.  Star Telephone will hold their Annual Meeting in Bladen County on Saturday.  More info coming.

BladenOnline had another terrific week.  A few months ago, 100,000 pages viewed was a very good week.  Last week, 164,667, 2nd highest in our history, 33,684 visits (5th highest in history) and 45,781 pages viewed on Sunday, Oct. 30 was the second most for a single day.

We found a need and continue to fill it.

I have very high standards for every part of my life – my work, my relationships, food, love.  I can’t just pretend.  Olivia Wilde

You have competition every day because you set such high standards for yourself that you have to go out every day and live up to that.  Michael Jordan

Not everyone’s high standards have to be the same thing.  Aja Naomi King
