Not sure either candidate gained much last night, most folk’s minds have been made up for weeks, and ‘facts’ may have little to do with the selection.
Now time for the candidates to move on and attempt to secure enough support to capture the White House.

Keep seeing Mr. Trump is pulling out of Virginia. May be true or not, I have no idea. I do know in the middle of the state no one has more huge signs than Trump and Pence. I traveled to Roanoke yesterday and it was one huge sign after another, not the usual billboards, but well done signs prominently displayed along the roadways, many in yards and along driveways.
I am attending a business meeting in Roanoke, Va, and last night while enjoying the evening meal, saw numerous athletes, learned they were VA Tech football players. The 4-2 Hokies entertain the Miami, (Fla) Hurricanes (4-2), 7 p.m. in Blacksburg today. Big dudes. One of the ESPN networks will carry the game.
Another ‘thank you’ to all who have worked long, difficult hours restoring our area to ‘as near normal’ as humanly possible following the storm. Much work remains, but what has been done is not going un-noticed.
I’m in shape….unfortunately, it’s the shape of a potato.
