Wish I had lots of money and had purchased shares of ZOOM … Seems many businesses are using it now as face to face meetings are rare.

Saturday is the last day of October 2020 … Am I missing something or what? … seems its come and gone quickly and lots of nice weather…

Speaking of weather … Average high temp in October is 76 compared with 65 for November and average low is 48 in October and 40 in November … For outside workers, soon be time for long-johns…

Today’s weather should be perfect … Patchy fog early, otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 78. Could be a little stormy Thursday and Thursday night … scattered showers and thunderstorms … rainfall totals less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts in thunderstorms. Weekend should be perfect … Cool but sunny skies … Usually have frost the last few days of October or early November … but none in the current forecast.

Early voting continues in North Carolina … ends Saturday and the General Election is set for Tuesday … Hope and pray for a clear winner … regardless of who the winner is…

Will be happy when drugs are available that deal with COVID-19 … Think about loved ones in nursing homes and no visitors and a drive-thru visitation for a family who is mourning the loss of a loved one … Drive-thru is better than nothing … Best we can hope for at this time.

May want some hob-goblin candy for trick-or-treaters … Buy good ‘stuff’, may have to eat it yourself … If you have trick or treaters … nothing more important than safety…

You don’t realize how old you are until you sit on the floor and then try to get back up.

I miss the good old days when you could actually have an opinion without offending somebody.
