2021-22 NFL season officially underway … Carolina Panthers defeat New York Jets, 19-14 … led offensively by QB Sam Darnold and RB Christian McCaffery, and the defense was stout … all day long.
Arizona Cardinals defeated Tennessee Titans 38-18 … Offensively, the Titans had trouble protecting quarterback Ryan Tannehill, and the football. Defensively, the Titans had trouble getting off the field, and keeping the Cards from scoring and the kicking team had too many miscues … All in all an ugly loss … Elizabethtown’s Larrell Murchison saw limited action on the defensive line.
