Thoughts While Shaving for September 19

Average high temp for September is 84 … early on, temps in upper 80s & low 90s … Today, September 19 … our high expected to be near 70 with north wind 10-14 mph and gusts as high as 20 mph. Low tonight around 54, still windy, and more of the same tomorrow and tomorrow night … Temps return to upper 70s and low 80s later next week.

Leaves will have a tough time hanging on…

Patrick Reed is leader after 2 rounds at minus 4, only 6 players below par … Several big names failed to make the cut including Tiger Woods, Phil Mickleson and Jordan Speith … Some who are still in the running for the championship are Bryson DeChambeau, Justin Thomas, Jon Rahm, Bubba Watson, Rory Mcilroy and Dustin Johnson.

The ‘fighting’ Campbell Camels football team lost to Coastal Carolina last night, 43-21. Former East Bladen Eagle Chris Cromartie is a defensive lineman for Campbell…

College and NFL games this weekend … some college games cancelled due to virus … including UNC-Chapel Hill vs UNC-Charlotte.
